Food Has A Metabolic Effect

All the food we consume, one way or another has a metabolic effect on our body. So in order to lose weight particular food has to be consumed in order to burn fat. Some foods will put weight on, others will burn fat helping to shred extra lbs/kgs. Metabolism can be ramped up with these particular foods thereby causing the fat burning effect.
